Welcome to Day 3 of my 12 Days of Christmas Stampin' Up! Style!
This is a vintage style Christmas card using the Ornament Keepsake Stamp Set and Framelits !
Cut your very vanilla cardstock at 4 1/4 so it opens up
Run the top part through the big shot using the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder
Sponge soft suede ink over the embossed image
Cut a piece of 3 x 4 soft suede cardstock
Cut a piece of 2 3/4 x 3 3/4 very vanilla cardstock. Sponge the corners in soft suede ink.
Stamp the Ornament in soft suede ink and then
Cut the image out using the Big Shot and the Holiday Ornament Framelits
Holiday Ornaments Framelits Dies - sold separately ($30.95)
Adhere the very vanilla rectangle (with the ornament cut out) to the soft suede cardstock.
Now put stampin' dimensionals on the back of the ornament that was cut out and adhere it just off to the right of the cut out, allowing you to see some of the soft suede cardstock underneath, thus adding dimension!
Add some linen thread to the top with a glue dot
Add a faceted button to the center with a glue dot and place a pearl in its center
Voila ! Simple and always a WOW.
